Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, including vendors, customers, and job applicants. The Receptionist will support the Administrative Manager with office-related duties and assist with event setup. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of office procedures.
Key Responsibilities: - Visitor Greeting & Assistance: Greet vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Administrative Manager with general office tasks, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk.
- Event Setup Support: Help with setting up and coordinating office events as required.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- System Usage: Utilize office computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics to perform administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, or in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of common office software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with visitors, vendors, and staff.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or office environment is a plus.
