Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain all quality control procedures and policies related to ultrasonic testing.
• Conduct regular inspections of all welding jobs using ultrasonic testing methods to ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards.
• Analyze and interpret ultrasonic testing results, providing detailed reports on findings.
• Identify and report any instances of non-compliance, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with the project team, providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to ultrasonic testing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all advancements in ultrasonic testing technology, applying this knowledge to improve our quality control

practices.

• Ensure all testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning at optimal levels.
• Conduct training sessions for other team members on the principles and practices of ultrasonic testing.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of welding and fabrication.
• Advanced knowledge of ultrasonic testing methods and equipment.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze ultrasonic testing results.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify instances of non-compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in the use of all standard office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
