Electrical Senior Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager in Portland, Oregon is between $150,000 and $165,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Electrical Senior Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for charting out project objectives, plans, and setting performance requirements, as well as selecting the project participants.
- In charge of developing and implementing the scheduling of manpower and budgets on required projects
- Oversight of estimates, project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed for each assigned project.
- Ensure the construction project is on schedule according to the pre-determined objective.
- Create project works plans and make revisions as needed.
- Create project teams, develop the objectives and goals of each project, and assign individuals responsibilities.
- Oversight and completion of purchase orders, change orders, change order negotiation, scheduling, submittals, and RFI processes.
- Serve as the key link between the clients and contractor.
Electrical Senior Project Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience within Electrical Construction as a Project Manager.
- Experience within new-build commercial projects working for an Electrical Contractor.
- Experience within new build Data Center, Commercial or Healthcare projects in value of $10M +.
- Must have Estimating experience within Accubid or ConEst Software’s
- Strong understanding of NEC Code
- Preferred understanding of Project Management Software
- Database/Contract Management Software
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering.
