Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager (PfMP) in the Office of Population Health and Evaluation’s PSYCKES Information Technology business unit, the Sr. Project Manager will lead technology projects in the OPHE Bureau. The Sr. Project Manager will manage the full life cycle of projects to improve mental health patient referrals and to coordinate across multiple providers and social service settings. This leader will interact with numerous internal and external stakeholders involved in crisis healthcare management, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. This team player will collaborate with bureau directors and business partners to help initiate, plan, execute, monitor, deliver, and close high-profile population health technology projects. This new position will organize multiple mental health crisis and data interoperability projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related field and 5-10 years of information technology or relevant project coordination/management experience

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems and Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related field and 5-10 years of information technology or relevant project coordination/management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
- Proficiency in Cisco WebEx, Zoom, or comparable virtual meeting platform.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst, project assistant, project coordinator, tester, systems analyst, or software developer
- PMP, PgMP or other project management certification
- PMI-PBA, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or other business analysis certification
- CSM, PMI-ACP or other Agile project management certification
- Work experience in any healthcare industry a plus
- Experience with a Project Management Information System a plus
- Exposure to Microsoft Planner or other work management systems a plus
- Familiarity with the SDLC for data interoperability projects, data warehousing, APIs, web applications / portals, mobile apps, and telephony very helpful
- Familiarity with data interoperability protocols and standards a plus
- Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence products a plus
- Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data
- Lifelong learner in project management
