Position Objective

The primary goal of this position is to manage and coordinate projects across various departments to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects to the clients. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the respective departments to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout all project phases. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, subcontracting, or related industries.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute projects.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in technology tools used for project tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
