We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our energy team in Augusta, Maine.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Effective leadership in a matrix organization.
• Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects
• Defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, initiating the project, building its comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing to the risks, scope, schedule and budget.
• Managing Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and managing teams.
• Implementation and Management of Quality and Environmental Process and procedures on all projects focusing on meeting SPI and CPI performance indicators
• Management of third-party projects including other transmission owners and interconnecting customers

Accountable and Responsible for:

- Cost /Budgeting and Management

- Communication Management

- Change Management

- Schedule Management

- Construction Management Oversight

- Commissioning Management Oversight

- Risk Management

What will you contribute?

• 10 years or more of experience in Project Management, 3 years in large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Professional Engineer License (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
• Experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro and OSG.

Expected compensation range is between $125,000 - $150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
