What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
• Foster employee engagement and drive change initiatives.
• Deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support union relations, organizational planning, and compliance with employment laws.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in union relations.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, labor laws, and HR systems.
• Strong communicator, ethical leader, and skilled conflict manager.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between local work sites.
