My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Office HR Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN. Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 3 months, possible extensions and/or conversion to permanent based on performance.
Pay rate: $21/hr.
Job Description:
- Contact Center: Provide high touch customer service that meets expected service level and business performance goals through telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction. Answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Administration Support: Recordkeeping - Maintaining employee files, updating personal information, and ensuring accuracy of data. Onboarding - Assisting with new employee orientation, paperwork processing, and introduction to company policies.
- Recruitment support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate information.
- Data entry: Inputting employee data into HR systems and generating reports.
- Document management: Filing and retrieving employee documents, maintaining proper organization of HR records
- Meeting coordination: Scheduling HR meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Qualifications:
- Any experience in a HR environment, administrative, and HR customer service/call center experience. Open to intern or recent grad experience!
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRIS.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to relate to others in an empathetic and helpful manner.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
