Clinical Rater/Psychometrist – Phoenix, AZ

My client is seeking a skilled Clinical Rater/Psychometrist to administer clinical efficacy scales, perform diagnostic evaluations, and assess eligibility for research trials in psychiatric populations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative clinical research and advance mental health care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical efficacy scales and diagnostic evaluations for psychiatric indications.
• Assess trial eligibility based on prescreening assessments.
• Adhere to protocol requirements, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete rater certification training and attend required meetings.
• Support research operations, assist coordinators, and manage logistics vendors.
• Travel as needed for research activities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with psychometric scales (preferred).
• Advanced degree (Master’s, MD, or PhD) with experience in psychiatric assessments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research workflows and healthcare systems.
