Key Responsibilities
- Oversee several restaurants, focusing on quality food, systems and training.
- Implement and enhance company-wide operational systems.
- Conduct hands-on training with chefs and sous chefs to ensure ongoing development and a learning environment
- Assist with new menu rollouts ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor and support the growth of kitchen management teams.
- Maintain accountability and strong follow-up on staff progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple upscale restaurant units.
- Strong background in restaurant financials, COGs, and computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Passion for teaching, training, and cooking.
- Ability to adapt to each restaurant's unique culture while upholding corporate values.
