A financial technology company in Agriculture industry is seeking a Part Time Office Manager to work onsite in Johnston, IA. This Office Manager will be support office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of our office headquarters, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for employees and visitors alike.
Must Have Requirements
- 1+ year of Office Manager experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite
- Communications/Graphic Design experience
Other Responsibilities Include
- Office Operations
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of items, including conference marketing materials.
- Greet visitors, coordinate guest check-ins, and create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Order and set up lunches for onsite meetings and events.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- HR Administrative Support
- Perform e-filing of documents and paperwork to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding support, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Support the Chief People Officer and other leadership with various administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Design/put together all internal communications.
- Create graphics for social media posts for new hires, employee anniversaries, etc.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing company events, such as meetings, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Organize and ship materials for conferences and company events.
- Order and ship employee gifts/recognition awards/etc.
Pay Rate ranging $18 - 21/hr.
