We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of social media strategy, content development, algorithm trends, and strong knowledge of paid social and digital marketing best practices. Bonus points for graphic design skills to strengthen our clients' social media presence with dynamic, eye-catching content.
What You’ll Do:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored to each client’s audience and goals, staying ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social and digital advertising campaigns to drive engagement and measurable results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics for social media, advertising, and other digital marketing efforts to evaluate success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Direct Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance analysis.
- Media Buy Management: Coordinate media buying efforts for clients, ensuring effective placement and ROI.
- PR Support: Assist with press releases, media outreach, and building relationships with media outlets to support broader communication goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Principals to align on strategy and ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with PR initiatives.
Your Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a significant plus
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and media buying preferred.
- Passion for architecture, interior design, and the arts is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
