General Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial modeling including underwriting of new investment opportunities
• Assist in financial analysis for acquisitions, disposition, and leasing aspects
• Analyze financial performance of both individual assets and the firms portfolio
• Maintain equity schedules
• Track loan maturities, extension deadlines, and significant leasing issues
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• Prior finance experience working within the real estate industry
• Proficient in Argus software
• Strong analytical skills
