Work Hours: Full Time (37.5 Hours per week)

Your Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. You will provide direct therapy services to students, conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech and language needs, and create tailored therapy plans. In collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists, you will support student success by maintaining detailed records of student progress, participating in IEP meetings, and providing expertise on speech and language goals. Your role includes fostering a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student growth.
Requirements

• Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist or relevant role
• Experience working with elementary-aged children
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid Illinois state license and ASHA certification
• Ability to work full time (37.5 hours per week)
