UNIT MANAGER
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage nursing staff on the unit
  • Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents
  • Communicate with families and healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements
  • Active LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in long term care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare policies
