Description: Regularly monitor the student's blood glucose levels and respond appropriately to fluctuations. dminister insulin or other prescribed medications as needed, following established care plans. Ensure that the student's medication is administered accurately and on schedule. Communicate with parents/guardians and healthcare providers about the student's medication needs and any changes in condition. Observe and assist the student with behaviors that may be related to blood sugar fluctuations, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide support and reassurance to the student during episodes of hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia.
