No book of business needed, looking for 5+ years' experience in Commercial Litigation of Homeowners' Associations issues.

This role has opened due to growth and increased client demand. The hiring partner is personally leading the search to ensure the right fit for the firm's long-term goals.
Description:
This position entails providing comprehensive legal counsel to HOA boards, associations, and management companies. You will handle CC&R drafting, compliance issues, and governance guidance, along with litigation, mediation, or dispute resolution as necessary. The firm values experience and welcomes candidates who bring wisdom and insight from extensive practice, offering opportunities for professional fulfillment and career longevity.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HOA law or related legal fields.
• Expertise in HOA compliance, governance, and enforcement matters.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills, when required.
• Capacity to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying needs.
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Open to candidates of all ages with a passion for HOA law.
