What You'll Do:
As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you'll ensure our plant runs efficiently and safely by maintaining and troubleshooting critical systems. Your contributions will directly reduce downtime and enhance productivity.

• Diagnose & Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, drive) and electrical systems, including PLCs and motor controls.
• Optimize Operations: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Perform preventative maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, working with systems such as PLCs, 3-phase motors, and proximity switches.
• Hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
• A proactive approach to learning and contributing to process improvements.

Important: This is not an IT or software engineering role. Applicants must have direct experience with industrial equipment and systems.
