Job Summary Provides skilled occupational therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. This is an outpatient orthopedic/hand therapy position. CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) is preferred.

Qualifications Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Graduate from an accredited OT program required.
Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license required.
