Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Arrange and coordinate office lunches and meetings, including setting up and cleaning up meeting spaces.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, organizing files, and maintaining records.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to input and manage data.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and employees.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers and provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Help with scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in other general administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
