The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Process Engineer in Richland Center, WI! The qualified candidate will be responsible for evaluating process systems to develop and recommend process improvement plans to support efficiency improvements, on-going cost reduction, and quality enhancement policies in a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities:

• Works with employees and managers to pinpoint potential system or line opportunities within the facility
• Use tools to recognize losses and focus factory resources for the greatest gain
• Assist maintenance and operations in problem solving
• Works with team to bring the greatest performance and reliability from the existing asset base
• Facilitates Kaizen Events
• Lead Cost Saving projects
• Assists implementation of 5S, SMED and Standard work

Requirements :

• 5+ years lean experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2-5 years experience leading Kaizen events in manufacturing environment
• BS degree in Engineering is preferred - Engineering degree: IE, ME is ideal.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
• Lean training/certification required
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to teach and coach CI concepts throughout the plant
• Experience in solving complex manufacturing problems
• Show ability to utilize DMAIC/PDCA or similar process
