Job Description
- Assist with all tax planning
- Assist with all tax structuring
- Assist with reviewing investments, restructuring and structuring transactions
- Actively implement US tax guidelines

The Successful Applicant
Law degree and 3-5 years of experience handling tax transactions, ideally someone with the asset management spaceKnowledge of tax structuring and tax planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player, excellent organization skills
