Job Description: - Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side
- Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
- Provide courtroom representation, managing trials and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy
Qualifications - 7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Strong litigation skills with recent experience
- Defense-side focus is required
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus)
