Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

Monitors product and production activities including plant sanitation and good manufacturing practices to ensure that the product quality and plant sanitation conform to the company standards, and take appropriate action to correct if needed. QC analyses, lab testing and recordkeeping. Collect samples and media preparation. Analysis includes coliform plate counts, standards plate counts, butterfat, DMC count, bacterial and animal drug residue screening.
