Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for full-time Pharmacists to provide high-quality patient-centered care services with a focus on quality measures. The pharmacist will supervise the daily activities of support personnel, promote cost-effective drug use, and provide quality patient care. The pharmacist will improve their professional skills and knowledge and perform all job functions professionally.

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
2. Must hold a current Indiana license or hold a current license within another state and be licensed in Indiana within three (3) months of hire
3. BLS required
4. ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire
