About the Role: Are you passionate about driving impactful projects on a global scale? As a

Manager within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will be at the forefront of delivering three significant projects that will shape our TA landscape. This role involves working on technical projects primarily focused on Workday ATS and its integration, with regular collaboration with the HRIS team. You will report directly to the Global TA Operations Senior Manager and will play a crucial part in our strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, legal, and other relevant teams.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for TA-related project inquiries.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders for updates and feedback.
  • Ensure project goals align with the overall TA strategy.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks to minimize impact.

Integration Management:

  • Drive the integration of new TA technologies/tools with the HRIS team.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues promptly.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for TA team members on new tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workday.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Experience with system integrations, particularly with Workday, is highly desirable.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and project management.
