E.V. Bishoff Company is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist's primary role focuses on administrative tasks with limited design projects , across E.V. Bishoff Company's four markets – Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. Working under the guidance of the President, this fast-paced role requires a problem-solver who can work independently. The position is based in our corporate office in downtown Columbus. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

The Digital Marketing Specialist's Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Handle administrative tasks such as ordering building signage, tenant signage, decorative canvases, and furniture

· Provide customer service by emailing tenants regarding maintenance, updates, check-ins, reminders, and events

· Create multi-city tenant update emails

· Respond to Google Reviews about the company across different cities.

· Create webpages and execute changes

· Assist in the creation of marketing email content per company branding

· Distribute email marketing materials to leads and database prospects

· Maintain property listings

· Analyze listing results and generate reports

· Collaborate with and direct contracted SEO team

· Create training videos

· Modify basic floorplans

· Periodically update logos

Rate:

$25 hour

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
