Cosmetic developer is seeking a Color Technician to join their Analytical Lab team. The Color Matcher will be involved in mixing colors and inspecting materials to ensure that the colors are uniform throughout. Working in the lab, the Color Matcher will be responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing colors to match with existing formulas or fixing color palettes that do not match. The Color Matcher will perform required testing for batch product evaluation based on established specifications and communicate with the QC Manager.

The Color Technician must have:

• Color Matching experience
• Knowledge of color theory and color systems
• Proficiency in using color matching tools and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
