We are working with a leading real estate development firm based in the Bronx, New York for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an impressive real estate development firm, managing 2.5 million square feet across NYC and beyond. Our client retains their commitment to affordable housing, with a strong focus on community awareness.

The Legal Counsel will be instrumental in advising on all legal matters, including risk management, compliance adherence, property transactions, landlord-tenant matters, and court appearances. The Legal Counsel will also provide legal advice to other members of the firm.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 years’ PQE. Qualified Attorney in New York;
• Background in real estate and landlord-tenant matters;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
