About the Position :
This role will encompass Full-Cycle Recruitment duties for all Attorney and Legal Staff positions. In addition, the Legal Recruiter will also assist in Client Relations and act as an expert liaison to ensure effective service delivery with both candidate and client satisfaction in mind. The ideal candidate should be a goal-oriented individual with proven success in Attorney and Legal Staff placements . In addition, they should be an expert communicator who can relay complex and sensitive topics to a wide array of audiences with ease. This will be an amazing opportunity for an experienced candidate to grow with a company in the long term.
- Type : Full-time, exempt position.
- Location : Washington, DC. Hybrid.
- Pay : $60K – $75K base plus commissions (uncapped). Expected OTE: ~$110K – $150K+.

Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the supervising manager to prioritize recruitment focus and initiatives.
- Attend and participate in client engagement meetings as a subject matter expert and a brand ambassador to the company.
- Create professionally written and visually attractive position descriptions while remaining concise and accurate to the needs and requirements of the role.
- Utilize various recruitment software to source and pipeline qualified candidates and conduct candidate outreach.
- Conduct initial phone screens and virtual video interviews with potential candidates to ensure a mutual fit can be established between the candidate and position based on each other’s needs and goals.
- Craft detailed and concise write-ups for qualified candidates to submit to the supervising manager and client.
- Assist candidates with resume adjustments as needed.
- Maintain close communications with candidates and effectively manage expectations, needs, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the supervising manager closely on client communications and shifts in priorities.
- Utilize ATS software to ensure appropriate and timely updates are entered for candidates and positions.
- Assist the supervising manager with additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Full-Cycle, Legal Recruiting experience with proven success in attorney and legal staff placements .
- Client-management experience is required.
- Experience with LinkedIn – RPS , Leopard Solutions , and JobDiva (or another major ATS).
- Expert communicator with experience working with Senior and Executive-Level individuals.
- High degree of initiative and the ability to stay organized while managing competing priorities and deadlines .
- An outgoing individual who enjoys attending professional events and is well-presented on social media.
