Kane Partners is searching for a Production Coordinator for a Food Production company in the Greater Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that livestock production processes are scheduled and executed according to plan, including breeding, feeding, and harvesting.

- Ensuring that enough resources (feed, equipment, staff) are available at the right times to meet production targets.

- Managing inventory levels of feed, medicine, and other necessary supplies to ensure production continues without delays.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, food safety regulations).

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient machine operations and troubleshooting of issues that arise during production.

Qualifications :

The right candidate has experience manage the day-to-day operations of production, ensuring that animals are properly cared for, resources are efficiently allocated, and production targets are met in compliance with health and safety regulations.
