Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with at least 3+ years' experience in P&C Insurance industry for either New Jersey or Raleigh, NC. MUST HAVE GUIDEWIRE CERTIFICATION
Primary Focus : Guidewire Suite implementation for MCE, specifically Policy, Billing, and Claims modules (currently supported by contractors).
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the liaison with the DPM for the implementation of 5 tracks.
- Ensure effective implementation and configuration of Guidewire components, with an emphasis on quality and adaptability to changes.
- Collaborate closely with the Guidewire development team and serve as a key point of contact.
- Work under the direction of the DPM to align efforts with strategic priorities.
Business Areas of Focus :
- Strong focus on Underwriting and Finance .
- Claims module is less critical in this role.
Collaboration :
Partner with the PO (Product Owner) and DPM to refine communication strategies.
- Gather and translate requirements from end-users effectively.
- Facilitate user-facing processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
Required:
Guidewire Implementation Experience: Candidates must have experience implementing Guidewire software, specifically in the Policy Center and Billing Center modules.
Guidewire Certification: Certification in Guidewire is required.
Property and Casualty (P&C) Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the P&C insurance industry.
Professional Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized.
Years of Experience (YOE): At least 3 years of relevant experience is acceptable, provided the candidate is Guidewire certified.
Preferred:
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
P&C Data: Proficiency in handling data within the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
Commercial Lines Experience:
Worked on property, general liability (GL), crime, or marine insurance.
Familiarity with ISO standards (Insurance Services Office) and compliance requirements.
