Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Litigation Trial Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation cases and a proven track record of successful trial outcomes. This role is pivotal in representing our clients in high-stakes litigation, offering the opportunity to lead challenging cases from inception through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Leadership: Manage complex commercial litigation cases, including strategy development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Strategic Guidance: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop innovative solutions and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Document Management: Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.
• Client Advocacy: Represent clients zealously in court, arbitration, and mediation, showcasing exceptional oral advocacy and litigation skills.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes and ensure superior client service.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering their professional growth within the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in the Florida Bar.
• 10+ years of substantial experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Proven success in handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including trials and appeals.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a focus on client advocacy.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
