I am currently working with a leading boutique law firm , who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in civil litigation to join their Minneapolis office.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• The group handles matters that includes governmental law, employment law, personal injury, insurance defense and professional liability defense matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Minnesota.
• 1+ year(s) of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
