Overall:

The Strategy Sourcing Manager II is the lead on major category sourcing initiatives and/or portfolios and execution of the sourcing mandate for assigned portfolio(s). This role provides professional and specialized support on a range of complex/major sourcing initiatives and category portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic sourcing efforts across indirect spend categories, focused on technology, professional services, & corporate services.
• Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities, non-contracted spend, and consolidation possibilities among suppliers.
• Develop, document, and implement processes and systems aligned with company objectives.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and maintain strong business relationships.
• Plan and execute comprehensive supplier business reviews covering all aspects of the supplier-customer relationship.
• Regularly update and evaluate performance metrics to drive enhancements.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to federal, national, regional, and local laws and guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a business discipline preferred
• Candidates MUST have at least 6 years of procurement experience, with significant strategic sourcing or category leadership in Indirect Procurement categories required
• Must have a proven track record in successful supply chain improvement
