Job Summary

A leader in the manufacturing industry, with offices in Palm Beach County, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their Human Resources Department. This role focuses on implementing best practices and enhancing policies and procedures across all departments. The position encompasses day-to-day HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, retention strategies, and recruitment efforts for both administrative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development and Implementation

  • Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping navigate complex employee issues.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Benefits Administration and Retention

  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.

Recruitment

  • Lead recruitment efforts for both administrative and production positions.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

HR Operations

  • Oversee HRIS systems, payroll processes, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making.


Required Qualifications

  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist/partner.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge :
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment-related laws, and best practices.
  • Strong experience with computer systems, including MS Office and HRIS systems (ADP required).
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
