RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions
• Interact with clients as counselor and advisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-4 years of experience in a law firm or in house legal department concentrating on commercial real estate transactions
• Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio
