Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager

Description:

TalentCraft Life Sciences is currently partnering with a smaller to mid sized Neurology focused pharmaceutical company who are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the successful planning and execution of a global Neurology clinical trial. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience leading domestic or global studies, who is looking to grow their career in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and study protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Management, to ensure study deliverables are met.
• Oversee site selection, study start-up activities, site monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Work with vendors and CROs to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and present progress updates to stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or in a similar role managing clinical studies.
• Experience managing Neurology studies is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with domestic and global clinical trial operations.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
