Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for implementing and carrying out the Marketing strategy in the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions. This role will ensure a consistent Revelyst presence in each market and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the distributors in their territory for all Adventure Sports Brands. This role will build and maintain key relationships through effective communication, education, and training of distributors in their territory, as well as work cross functionally with other departments to ensure total distributor care. Will maintain relationships with the regional marketing heads to ensure proper representation of the Adventure Sports brands. Taking Global Marketing strategies and managing the activation of these in the international regions.


Essential Functions of this Role:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that expands distributor’s effectiveness and ensures brand’s strong presence.
  • Build and manage a Go-to-Market calendar to align and provide key dates to our distribution base.
  • Manage distributor’s marketing budgets, making sure they are spending the contractual obligating marketing contribution and spending in the right categories for success.
  • Assist Operations team with samples shipments and sales tools
  • Provide access to marketing assets via email, web hosting platforms and other means necessary to provide all relevant information to the regional marketing teams.
  • Work with global marketing team to ensure all timelines are met and to provide input on distributor needs
  • Ensure successful seasonal and new product launches
  • Review and police branded websites to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all regions
  • Help develop proper POP and Shop-in-shop guidelines for regional buildouts
  • Assist in merchandising and planograms of regional Brand retail stores
  • Become actively involved in distributor’s sales orientation and sales training programs and manage them in accordance to the brand strategies.
  • Assist Legal in fighting counterfeit product online and at physical locations.
  • Coordinates and assists in seasonal sales meetings to include site selection, agenda preparation, hotel bookings, communication to distributors and anything else required to hold a successful sales meeting.
  • Troubleshoots problems; answers questions from distributors and handles complaints.

    Work Environment:

    • This job operates in a fast pace corporate office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


    Expected Hours of Work:

    • Must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and must be in Office at out Irvine Headquarters. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


    Travel :

    • This position requires 10% international travel.
    • Most Asian countries require up-to-date Covid Vaccines
    • Be prepared to be required to have booster Covid shots in order to be approved for foreign visas


    Required Education, Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong understanding of markets in Apac/Latam
    • A strong understanding of our Industry – MX/MTB/OUTDOOR/ FASHION LFS
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Be able to work with complex spreadsheets
    • Ability to build strong business relationships.
    • Ability to implement and adapt a Global marketing strategy in an international environment
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Motivation skills and positive attitude
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook


    Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

    • Experience or knowledge of SAP
