- Will support multiple groups including Chemistry group
- Must have Assay experience and knowledge

- RNA extractions
- LC/MS experience
- Reviewing concentration readings
- Lipid nanoparticle (LNP) exp

Description:
Support RNA assay development and chemistry by supporting RNA extraction, qPCR, immunoassays, and analytical methods to characterize oligonucleotides
Conduct and troubleshoot experiments, independently and in collaboration with colleagues, to characterize and screen siRNA oligonucleotides
Support siRNA characterization by through routine and consistent performance of 4 or more assays
Support lipid nanoparticle (LNP) development and characterization using dynamic light scattering (DLS), Encapsulation efficiencies (ribogreen fluorescence) and HPLC.
Support routine tasks associated with siRNA solid phase supported synthesis and characterization using LC/MS.
Collect and evaluate data; prepare reports, summaries, and presentations; maintain and update laboratory notebook and the laboratory information management system
Manage inventory of supplies, ordering reagents and consumables
General Summary: Responsible for conducting research in assigned areas under direct supervision using established methodology.
Duties & Responsibilities: Plans and conducts moderately complex experiments and analyzes and interprets the results. Keeps accurate records of work undertaken.
Top Three Skills: RNA extraction, qPCR, Experience in analytical methods to characterize oligonucleotides.
