Contract Opportunity with Direct Client (Only required US Citizen / Green Card Holder)

Title: Customer Account Collections Specialist

Duration: 10 - 12 Months Contract

Location: Johnston, IA (can work Remote With occasional onsite Visit )

Requirement:

• From Financial / Collection background
• Take inbound calls regarding part orders or other items available for purchase on website
• Occasional outbound calls to customers and dealers
• Call Center experience
• 6+ months experience with customer service / support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Review payment history and account information. and update/confirm debtor information.
