This role is for a Technical Product Manager who understands data and API’s; someone who can look at production data & set it up for analytical users and write user stories; train AI ML models.


Job Description:

As a CRM Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, development and management of our CRM systems. You’ll work closely with our software teams and stakeholders to define product requirements and coordinate resources. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build-out our CRM capabilities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a passion for user experience, excellent stakeholder management, and demonstrable history of shipping superior customer experiences.




Responsibilities of a CRM Product Manager include:


• Design, manage, and execute CRM capabilities to optimize both internal efficiencies and customer engagement

• Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps

• Lead & facilitate in-person research to gain deep customer understanding and empathy

• Stay up to date with CRM industry trends and competitor practices to identify immediate and/upcoming user needs

• Establish and prioritize product features/enhancements to support long term strategy and business objectives

• Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure

• Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.

• Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently

• Establish documentation for product capabilities and provide training/support to end-users


Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product management

• Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager

• Proficiency in CRM software, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• MBA or Master's degree

• 2-3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• 1-2 years of experience in Agile product management
