- Over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products requiring strict quality control protocols

Schedule Details ?
- Monday through Thursday
- 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Regular three-day weekends
- Direct overlap with management and R&D teams
Essential Responsibilities
- Execute quality control testing throughout the manufacturing process across hair care, skin care, and OTC product lines
- Perform precise batch adjustments based on analytical results
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
- Monitor product specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document test results and maintain detailed records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow SOPs and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Required Qualifications ?
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
- 1-3 years of industry experience in personal care, OTC products, or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise with laboratory equipment:
- pH meters
- Viscometers
- Total solids testing equipment
- Centrifuges
- Conductivity meters
- Strong mathematical skills for batch calculations and adjustments
- Manufacturing quality control experience
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with hair care, skin care, or OTC formulations is highly desirable
- Comfort with early morning start times
