Immediately Hiring CNC Operators!2nd (2:30pm-10pm) *Train on 1st$19hr-22hrDescription:Sets up and operates CNC Machine Centers to perform tasks such as press brake, drilling, grinding, milling, etc.Understands specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.Translates instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct functionPrepares and loads raw materials and parts onto the machinesPrepares a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specificationsSets machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of partsSupervises the machines while they execute the tasks and makes any necessary adjustments to produce a better resultInspects and measures finished products and compares them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properlyChecks and maintains machinery daily to ensure functionalityAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings as well as gauges and tape measures -Ability to operate overhead cranes -Professional Certification is a plus -Proven experience as CNC Milling Machine Center Operator (preferred) -Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools -Mechanical aptitude and good math skillsIf interested in this opportunity contact Chris Washington at (864) 607-9059 or via email at cwashington @aerotek.com for faster responsePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
