In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our marketing, sales, and service teams, helping to expand our customer base and nurture existing relationships. Your mission will be to connect with customers, provide them with timely information, and ensure they have an outstanding experience with us-from first contact to post-sale follow-up.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer inbound customer calls, promptly schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain customer engagementThrive in a call center environment, meeting daily performance goals for call volume and appointments setRespond quickly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, text messages, and video calls, with the goal of scheduling appointmentsProactively reach out to customers based on current marketing promotions to increase dealership traffic and drive salesFollow up with leads who aren't ready to schedule an appointment or have missed previously scheduled ones, ensuring they remain engagedProvide customers with key information and direct them to the appropriate departments or resources within the dealershipConsistently update and track customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSCustomer Service Experience is a must; Automotive BDC experience is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including some SaturdaysExcellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitudeStrong multitasking and time-management skillsStrong computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plusBilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!Must have satisfactory results with Pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screen requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
