Job Title: Project Superintendent

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Our client, a respected and rapidly growing general contractor based in West Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join their team. With a diverse portfolio that includes industrial/manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, private FBO and airport hangars, emergency response facilities, office buildings, and religious buildings, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee a variety of challenging and impactful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor forces to achieve project goals
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain timelines and cost targets
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including budget, timelines, and any risks or delays

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent, ideally within industrial, commercial, or religious construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management software
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
