ASSOCIATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Halbrook Wood, a boutique woman-owned litigation law firm, located in Prairie Village, KS, is hiring a Litigation Attorney working in the areas of employment law and business litigation. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri required
- Ability to work effectively with trial teams including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research and providing critical trial team support
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and convey complex concepts
- Ability to handle multiple projects with different teams and timelines
- 2-3 years’ litigation experience including employment law experience preferred
