Grow Strong Industries, the company behind renowned brands like Gorilla Grow Tent, SuperCloset, Kind LED Grow Lights, and Lotus Nutrients, is seeking a highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. As pioneers in indoor cultivation, we’re eager to take our brand to the next level—and that’s where you come in!

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative powerhouse we rely on to produce bold, engaging content across various media. Your expertise in video production, photography, and graphic design will help capture the essence of our brand and communicate it to our growing audience. Based in our Santa Rosa office, you’ll collaborate with our marketing team to bring fresh ideas to life (and yes, there will be coffee).

Responsibilities:

• Design bold, on-brand graphics for social media, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Produce high-quality videos and photos that showcase our products, brand, and company culture.
• Develop content strategies to enhance brand visibility by staying on top of social media trends.
• Bring humor and energy to content creation where appropriate to foster a relatable brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all media.
• Maintain and organize content assets and media files.

Required Skills:

• A stellar portfolio demonstrating your expertise in video production, photography, graphic design, and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• A keen eye for visual composition and storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A knack for keeping a finger on the pulse of social media trends.
• Energetic, creative, and witty, with a genuine passion for brand storytelling and development.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with indoor cultivation and industry trends.
