Primary Services is excited to announce a Supply Chain Coordinator role for our client, a prestigious major oil and gas company. In this position, you will support supply chain activities, manage sales orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient inventory management. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team with opportunities to interact with various departments and help streamline logistics to support business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders into SAP, ensuring accurate order availability, quota checks, and credit checks.
  • Monitor and control product inventory at customer siding, warehouses, and lease tracks.
  • Reconcile inventory at month-end and provide reports to chemical accounting.
  • Coordinate new customer set-up with sales, logistics, and credit teams.
  • Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring smooth passage of goods, especially for shipments to Canada.
  • Resolve invoice pricing discrepancies with the pricing coordinator, credit representative, and sales personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations affecting supply chain operations.
  • Provide customers with technical information, including data sheets and MSDS, and coordinate technical assistance.
  • Assist in managing replenishment of off-site tracks and distribution centers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international laws and regulations related to supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
