Luxury Brands/FHI Heat LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Simi Valley, CA! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences, and brings expertise in shipping logistics, eCommerce, Amazon operations, order processing, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

As a key player on our team, you’ll provide exceptional service while contributing to the success of our eCommerce and logistics processes.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customers with product information, order status updates, and address general inquiries.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing shipping logistics, including order fulfillment for eCommerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Utilize knowledge of EDI processes to streamline order and data integration.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and resolve outstanding issues through outbound follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and offer insights for process improvements.

Skills and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of relevant customer service and logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with shipping logistics, eCommerce platforms, Amazon operations, and EDI.
  • Proficiency in order processing and the order fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP and Shopify knowledge are a plus.
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
